CBD products have consistently shown to have minimal side effects. While some people have reported dry mouth, low blood pressure, light-headedness, and drowsiness, these are not common.

An effective dose can range from 5mg of CBD Oil per day up to 150mg per day. Make sure to start low and go slow. Take a few small doses over the course of the day rather than one big dose. Use the same dose for several days. Observe the effects and adjust the amount if necessary.

We have three different strengths of CBD oil. We recommend starting off with the 1000mg if you are looking for some mild relief or some improvement with sleep and clarity of the mind. The 2000mg is great for most people as it is our medium strength and great for regular ongoing use if you’re already a CBD user or need more than mild relief. The 3000mg is the one to go for if you are of a heavy build or looking for relief for chronic symptoms.
